Dr. Eyal Bergman is Senior Vice President at Learning Heroes, where he leads efforts to support schools and school systems in building their capacity for deeper and more meaningful partnerships with families.

A former elementary school teacher, Windy brings 20 years of experience in family engagement, education and philanthropy.

Darien Dey is the Knowledge Capture Process (KCP) Lead for FELI, where she documents and analyzes insights from participants and coaches to strengthen the program’s learning and impact. A former first-grade teacher, she brings her experience building strong home–school relationships into this role.

Brandon Pinkney is a Principal within the Baltimore City Public School System currently at Walter P. Carter Elementary/Middle School with eight years of experience as a principal and seventeen years of experience overall as an educator.

Dr. Michael J. De Sousa is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming education and communities. As an award-winning principal, he was featured in the book ‘Breakthrough Principals’ and recognized by Innovate Public Schools for exceptional school culture and outstanding academic results.

Michael Serban has been in education for 27 years as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and is now the Director of Family and Community Engagement and Multilingual Services in the Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon, California.

Ron Mirr is a private consultant based in Iowa City, IA. Ron has over 40 years of experience working as a mental health clinician, a school administrator, a staff developer, a grant writer, and a consultant to agencies in many states and internationally.

Rochelle currently works for Baltimore City Public Schools in the Chief of Schools office, supporting students, staff, and leaders at fifteen schools.
