SESSION 2 WRAP-UP
11/6/25
Hello FELI participants,
Thank you for joining our second FELI session last week—we loved the engagement! We can tell from your feedback that Dr. Mapp was of course a highlight, as was Jessica Lujan from Denver and the time in breakout sessions with colleagues.
Here are some reminders and helpful links:
- Your deck – Stemming from the session discussions, add the leadership moves you want to focus on. Consider the deck your homebase to help maximize your coaching sessions.
- Coach Calendly – Sign up for your next meeting if you haven’t had a chance.
- Brandon Pinkney (Riatlo principals & New LA Charter)
- Michael De Sousa (Sac City Unified, Pajaro Valley Unified)
- Mike Serban (San Diego Unified)
- Ron Mirr (Willow Creek, Del Norte COE, Santa Clara COE, Orange COE)
- Rochelle Machado (Denver Public Schools & Bakersfield)
- Eyal Bergman (District leader participants)
- FELI Microsite – You can access our materials, read about the teaching team, review all our correspondence to you, etc. The site is updated regularly with new content.
The next whole cohort session is December 2nd (9:30 – 11:30 PT / 10:30 – 12:30 MT). We encourage you to invite your Action Team if you have one. Please send us their email addresses and we will add them to the calendar invite.
Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween season, a beautiful Día de los Muertos, and are enjoying the arrival of fall.
Be well,
Eyal
